Abstract
Objective:To discuss the syndrome characteristics,etiology,pathogenesis,treatment and medication of damp-fire syndrome,and summarize Professor JI Yunxi's rules of diagnosis and treatment of damp-fire syndrome.Methods:Based on the theory of supporting Yang,through the study of"True Biography of Medical principles","differentiation of Internal and ex-ternal injuries","differentiation of febrile Diseases and other works",consult the literature related to"yin-fire","supporting yang"and"dampness-heat",record and sort out the relevant medical records of Professor JI Yunxi's treatment of damp-fire syn-drome,analyze the uniqueness of damp-fire syndrome,summarize the diagnosis and treatment experience of damp-fire syn-drome,and list a medical case to elaborate.Results:Professor Ji believes that the syndrome of damp fire belongs to"yin fire"in a broad sense,which can be distinguished from the"yin fire"put forward by Li Dongyuan.Damp-fire syndrome is due to poor diet,loss of work and rest and emotional injury.The pathogenesis is cold-dampness endogenesis,real yang floating,which can be distinguished from the traditional damp-heat syndrome.The treatment of damp-fire syndrome focuses on clearing floating fire,smooth Sanjiao,solidifying soil,latent true yang and nourishing kidney water.It is treated by warming yang to dissipate cold,dissolving dampness and regulating qi,and introducing yang to kidney.Conclusion:Professor Ji believes that the essence of dampness and fire is that Yang does not enter Yin and floats outside,so the rule of supporting Yang and suppressing Yin is quite effective.关键词
