Abstract
To explore the prescription rules of Ye Tianshi's"Tongyang Juanyin method"in the treatment of phlegm and drink.Ye Tianshi believed that the pathogenesis of phlegm and dampness is the decline of Yang and the excess of Yin,and the in-version of Yin and dampness is the typical feature of phlegm and dampness.In the aspect of therapeutic principles,the law com-pliance of Zhongjing,"warming medicine and its combination",was also developed.It was believed that warming was not a meth-od,but a goal,and the concept of warming was expanded to warm Yang,promote Yang and warm nourishing.In terms of treat-ment methods,the"Tongyang Juan-yin method"is refined to lighten the bitterness and slight xin to open the sun,reduce the bit-terness and reduce the xin to promote the circulation and Yang,and lighten the heat and weaken the permeability and warm the kidney Yang.This paper expounded that Ye Tianshi sought the root cause of treating phlegm,paid attention to the promotion of qi,combined the four diagnostic methods of syndrome differentiation,and detailed the personal characteristics of the three factors in treatment.By summarizing the cases of phlegm and drink in the Medical Records of Clinical Guide,this paper reviews the pre-scription rules of Ye Tianshi's"Tongyang and Juan-yin method"in treating phlegm and drink,which is suggested for you.关键词
