Abstract
Green electricity certificate(GEC)is an important measure to drive the high-quality development of renewable energy in a market-oriented manner,which is of great significance for promoting the green and low-carbon transformation of energy.This paper reviews the development process of GEC at home and abroad,and systematically reviews the historical evolution of GEC policy in China.Based on the detailed data,the issuance and trading status of GEC in China is analyzed.Combined with recent policies,the new changes of GEC mechanism are analyzed.Finally,the development trend of China's GEC is forecasted from some the aspects of guiding green electricity consumption,supporting dual control of energy consumption,connecting carbon market and enhancing international influence.关键词
