Abstract
Energy conservation and consumption reduction in aluminum electrolysis production are very important.The fully graphitized cathode structure of aluminum electrolysis cells can to some extent reduce pressure drop and energy consumption.This article introduces the application practice of production technology and management measures related to fully graphitized cathode aluminum electrolysis cells in a certain company's aluminum electrolysis series.It provides a solution for solving the energy balance and operation maintenance problems of large fully graphitized cathode cells,achieving long-term,high-efficiency and stable operation,and providing reference for vigorously promoting the application of fully graphitized cathodes in large aluminum electrolysis cells.关键词
