摘要

Abstract

99Mo is an important nuclide widely used in nuclear medicine However,due to the safety risks in the conventional process of producing 99Mo by fission of highly enriched uranium,reliable 99Mo production methods were developed.Column chromatography has great advantages in separation of 99Mo and 99mTc,and the key is the material of the column,whose adsorption capacity for 99Mo is related to the preparation of a new generation of molybdenum technetium generator in the future.In this paper,the adsorption and separation of medical isotope 99Mo were reviewed,the production method of 99Mo,the separation method of 99Mo and 99mTc were introduced,and the adsorption materials with certain adsorption effect on Mo were introduced,which provided a reference for the future preparation of 99Mo-99mTc generator by adsorption of 99Mo with low specific activity.
