Abstract

Aluminum alloy material is an important structural material widely used in fields such as aviation,rail transit,automobiles,ships,architecture,and electronics.The performance and application effect of aluminum alloy materials are often closely related to their chemical composition,so precise determination of the chemical composition of aluminum alloy materials is of great significance for material research and application.This article discusses the current research status of chemical composition analysis methods for aluminum alloy materials.Based on this,it further explores the chemical composition analysis methods for aluminum alloy materials,analyzes their specific applications in industrial production and quality inspection,and finally analyzes them with case studies,which helps to promote the continuous improvement of the level of chemical composition analysis of aluminum alloy materials,Furthermore,it provides a scientific and reasonable basis for the widespread application of aluminum alloy materials.
