Screening of Streptomyces with potential for producing secondary metabolites of aminoglycosides from the Taklamakan Desert

Abstract
Aminoglycosides are a class of broad-spectrum antibacterial drugs,which are mainly isolated from Streptomyces and Mi-cromonospora;this type of drug can treat a variety of infectious diseases and crop rot,etc,which plays an important role in biomedi-cine,agricultural and other fields.In order to provide germplasm resources and enrich aminoglycoside compounds for the discovery and excavation of new aminoglycoside natural products.Through the combination of"gene-activity-chemistry"screening method,TRM71140 and TRM94015 with aminoglycoside production potential were selected from 132 Streptomyces.The spectinomycin signal was detected from the TRM94015 fermentation product by mass spectrometry,which enriched the potential strains of aminoglycoside compounds.关键词
