Abstract
Female pelvic floor dysfunction(FPFD)is a series of conditions caused by the displacement or dysfunction of the pelvic organs due to defects,injuries,and deterioration of the pelvic floor supportive structures.The pathogenesis of each type of FPFD is complex and the etiologies are different,two or more types of FPFD often occur at the same time.A systematic and comprehensive evaluation is helpful to understand the causes of the disease and to provide the basis for formulating comprehensive treatment strategy for patients.This paper focuses on the systematic clinical evaluation of urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse.关键词
