摘要

Abstract

In order to screen high-quality new materials of Salvia miltiorrhiza with low cadmium accumulation.In this study,7 different S.miltiorrhiza materials were evaluated in terms of agronomic traits,effective component content,water content,soluble protein con-tent,and cadmium accumulation characteristics.The results showed that the underground part of D11 had the highest content of tan-shinones and soluble proteins,with salvianolic acid B content ranking second;The cadmium contents in both the aboveground and un-derground parts of D11 were the lowest,with the transport coefficient greater than 1.The correlation analysis showed that there were significant negative correlations between the cadmium content in the underground part and soluble protein content,cadmium transport coefficient;The cadmium transport coefficient was significantly positively correlated with soluble protein content.To sum up,among the S.miltiorrhiza materials,D11 with high contents of tanshinones and salvianolic acid B had the characteristics of low cadmium ac-cumulation and good stress resistance,making it the new material with the best comprehensive quality.
