为建立一套快速筛选出适合伊犁河谷栽培的优良苹果品种的方法,以富士系苹果品种为试材,选取单果质量、硬度、总酸含量、可溶性固形物、固酸比 5 个核心品质指标作为主要评价指标,采用层次分析法赋予主要品质指标的权重值,应用灰色关联度分析法对对伊犁河谷主要栽培的富士系苹果品种果实品质进行综合评价.结果表明:各富士系品种加权关联度值为0.5246~0.8576,烟富 8 号、晋18 短枝富士、寒富、烟富 7 号、烟富 6 号的品质与理想品种的差距最小,综合品质最接近理想品种,品质最好;烟富3号、长富 2号、石富的品质较好;宫琦短枝的品质较差.综上,应用灰色关联度和层次分析法可以有助于快速评判不同苹果品种果品品质,为良种选育应用推广提供科学依据.

To establish a rapid method for selecting excellent apple varieties suitable for cultivation in Ili River Valley,Fuji apple va-rieties were used as test materials.Five core quality indicators,including single fruit weight,hardness,total acid content,soluble solids,and solid acid ratio,were selected as the main evaluation indicators.The Analytic Hierarchy Process was used to assign weight values to the main quality indicators,and the Grey Relational Analysis method was applied to comprehensively evaluate the fruit qual-ity of Fuji apple varieties mainly cultivated in the Ili River Valley.The results showed that the weighted correlation values of various Fuji varieties were 0.524 6 to 0.857 6.The quality difference between Yanfu 8,Jin18 Short Branch Fuji,Hanfu,Yanfu 7,and Yanfu 6 was the smallest compared to the ideal variety.Yanfu 3,Changfu 2,and Shifu had the closest comprehensive quality to the ideal va-riety and the best quality;The quality of Gongqi's short branches was poor.In summary,the application of grey correlation degree and analytic hierarchy process can help to quickly evaluate the quality of different apple varieties,and provide scientific basis for the pro-motion and selection of high-quality varieties.
