摘要

Abstract

In order to study the impact of rail transit planning in metropolitan areas on carbon emissions,the carbon emissions of rail transit throughout its life cycle were divided into two stages:construction and operation.Based on the carbon emission characteristics of rail transit in metropolitan areas,this paper systematically combed the carbon emission composition of the whole process of rail transit planning,construction,and operation management in metropolitan areas and analyzed the impact of rail transit planning in metropolitan areas on carbon emission in the full life cycle.According to the traditional planning technology route,the rail transit planning technology system in metropolitan areas was optimized based on the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals,and energy consumption and carbon emission indicators were added to the planning goals and indicators.In addition,carbon emission prediction,green equipment,smart energy,green mechanisms,and other relevant contents were included in the planning technology route.A full life cycle carbon emission model covering the rail construction stage and operation stage in the metropolitan areas was established.By taking the Airport Urban(Suburban)Railway in the Fuping metropolitan area of Xi'an as an example,the rail project schemes were compared and selected from the aspects of passenger flow benefits,carbon emissions in the construction and operation phase,etc.
