Reverberation Theory of High Speed Railway Platforms and Impact of Train Passing Noise

Abstract
High speed railway platforms belong to large-scale,semi-enclosed,and inhomogeneous long space,and the reverberation theory under the diffuse sound field condition can not be directly applied to the calculation of platform reverberation.This paper assumed that the reverberant field was uniformly distributed in the cross-section perpendicular to the length of the platform and combined it with the radiated noise prediction method of high speed railways.The theoretical methods for calculating the reverberation and the total sound level of high speed railway platforms were established.The simulation means based on the sound line method was used to analyze the influence characteristics of the total sound level,direct sound,and reverberation of the train passing through the platform at a high speed.The calculation errors of the established theoretical and simulation models were less than 1 dB(A)through on-site tests.The results show that the influence of reverberation on the platform is obvious,and the reverberation in some positions is even larger than the direct sound.The distribution of reverberation along the length of the platform is large in the middle and small at the ends.In the direction perpendicular to the line,the total sound level of the train passing noise is affected by the reverberation,and it decays more slowly with the distance than the direct sound.The theoretical calculation method meets the application requirements and greatly improves the calculation efficiency compared with the simulation method,which can provide a reliable theoretical and technical basis for predicting,evaluating,and controlling the reverberation and the total sound level of high speed railway platforms.关键词
