为解决打叶复烤加工过程中打后梗中含叶率偏高、烟叶浪费、出片率偏低等问题,在保证润叶工序烟叶合适水分和温度情况下,以每级打叶汇总皮带上烟叶样品中光梗和 4 类梗含叶占比为标准,分别研究一级打叶、二级打叶、三级打叶打后汇总皮带上烟叶打叶效率与打叶器转速、风分器风选风机频率影响关系,进而研究打后汇总皮带梗中含叶率与回梗打风机频率和风门开度的影响关系.通过对比各级试验数据,找到郴州桂阳(云 87)C3F(DBBFA加工模块)打叶一至三打最佳最佳转速为663、557、520 r·min-1,回梗打 762 r·min-1,回梗风机频率 43 Hz.结果表明:验证组与对照组对比,该模块打后梗中含叶率从0.85%下降至0.67%,下降 0.18%,下降比例 21.18%,效果显著.综上,该技术可以将打后梗含叶降低至较低水平,提高了烟叶的产出,减少了浪费,对工业企业有较大的经济效益.

In order to solve the problems of high leaf content and waste of tobacco leaves during the process of reroasting.Under the condition of ensuring proper moisture and temperature of the tobacco leaves in the moistening process,this experiment studied the re-lationship between the efficiency of tobacco leaves on the belt after first-stage beating,second-stage beating,and third-stage beating,and the speed of the leaf beater and the frequency of the air separator.Then the influence of the percentage of leaf in the belt stem on the frequency of the fan and the opening of the damper was studied.By comparing the test data at all levels,the best speed of Chen-zhou Guiyang(Yun 87)C3F(DBBFA processing module)for blade beating was 663,557,520 r·min-1,the back stem beating was 762 r·min-1,and the back stem fan frequency was 43 Hz.The results showed that compared with the control group,the percentage of leaf in the stem of the module decreased from 0.85%to 0.67%,decreased by 0.18%and decreased by 21.18%,and the effect was significant.In conclusion,the technology can reduce the leaf content to a lower level,improve the yield of tobacco leaves,and have greater economic benefits.
