Abstract
The implementation of the multi-dimensional cooperative supply of public services for national fitness is an urgent requirement for the in-depth implementation of the national fitness strategy in the period of the 14th Five-Year Plan,and an inevitable choice for the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country.With the help of public goods theory,synergetic theory and evolutionary game theory,an evolutionary game model of multi-dimensional cooperative supply of public services for national fitness with government,market and social organizations as participants was constructed,and the evolutionary strategy selection were analyzed.The influence of the initial willingness,incentive cost,the subsidy intensity and penalty intensity of the three parties on the strategy evolution is simulated.The analysis showed that by increasing the initial willingness,controlling the incentive cost,carrying out moderate subsidies and reasonable regulations on the market and social organizations,the diversified and coordinated supply of public services for national fitness can be effectively realized.Taking the whole process of supply as a logical path,this paper puts forward an implementation path of multi-dimensional cooperative supply of public services for national fitness all,such as reconstructing the relationship between power and responsibility of the main body of supply,enriching the differential pattern of supply contents,and improving the supervision and feedback mechanism of the supply system.关键词
