党的十八大以来,习近平总书记在传承与总结党的百年文化工作历史经验的基础上,阐述了党的宣传思想文化事业的地位作用、目标任务、职责使命、实践要求等一系列基本问题,形成了习近平文化思想.通过系统论述习近平文化思想的形成背景、核心要义与实践路径,提出要坚持马克思主义在意识形态领域的指导地位,不断开辟马克思主义发展新境界;坚持斗争精神,打好新时期宣传思想文化工作的主动仗;立足伟大实践,坚定不移走中国特色社会主义文化发展道路,唯此才能有效巩固全党全国各族人民团结奋斗的共同思想基础.
