Abstract
The gas pipeline is easy to be corroded when the dry dedusting system of blast furnace is after TRT,the main reason is that the chlorine salt in the blast furnace gas dissolves in the gas to precipitate water to produce an acidic solution,and the pipeline undergoes a chemical reaction.The anti-corrosion of the gas pipeline can adopt passive anti-corrosion methods such as spraying anti-corrosion materials and adopting corrosion-resistant special pipelines,as well as active anti-corrosion methods of controlling the mois-ture content and salt content of the blast furnace gas.At the same time,it is necessary to optimize the pipeline design,so that the gas pipeline can eliminate condensate as soon as possible to reduce the acidic solution and pipeline action time,leading to slowing down the corrosion of the gas pipeline.关键词
