摘要

Abstract

Decrease in vacuum degree of CCPP unit will have an impact on unit opera-tion stability and power generation efficiency.Through the investigation of the causes of vacuum reduction of the CCPP unit,it was confirmed that the increase in circulating water temperature was the root cause of the vacuum reduction of the CCPP unit.The rise of circu-lating water temperature is related to the cooling effect of the cooling tower,and the analy-sis confirmed that the cooling tower filler scaling is the reason for the poor cooling effect of the cooling tower.By analyzing the scaling material and the reasons for scaling,the treat-ment plan to solve the filler scaling is proposed to ensure the cooling effect of the cooling tower.
