目的:分析某型急救车舱内的噪声并进行优化,以降低车舱内噪声,提高作业的舒适性.方法:在典型工况下,选取车舱内医护人员、卧姿伤员和坐姿伤员耳畔作为测试点,对某型急救车舱内的噪声进行测试,通过对噪声分布和频谱进行分析,进一步确定噪声源的位置、频率和传递方式,并针对性地通过优化排气管结构布局降低排气噪声、增加前后轮罩气密性降低轮胎噪声、优化和加强悬置设计降低机械传动噪声,降低整车的振源激励和振动传递.结果:通过性能优化,急救车舱内全部测试点的噪声均符合…查看全部>>
