Abstract
A steel mill in Sichuan adopted comprehensive utilization of steel slag tur-bid ring water treatment project with treatment processes of multi-stage sedimentation + high-efficiency inclined plate filter combination,and the effluent water quality met the re-quirements of equipment water.Process operation was stable and reliable,all the treated wa-ter was recycled,and the consumption of new water was greatly reduced.The process over-come the problems of small particle size,high dispersion and difficult settlement of sus-pended matter in turbid ring return water,the removal rate of suspended matter reached 93%,and the operating cost was about 0.58 yuan/m3,which effectively reduced the cost of treatment of tons of water.The article summarizes and analyzes the project overview,pro-cess flow and design parameters,technical characteristics,which can provide reference for the comprehensive utilization of steel slag turbid ring water treatment project.关键词
