Urban Renewal:Connotation,Conflict,and Response Measures
城市更新是一项综合性的城市发展策略,它涵盖了物理改造、经济振兴、社会整合与文化历史传承这四个互为关联的维度,然而这些维度往往因为理念与现实的差异而发生冲突.在我国城市更新过程中,如何有效地平衡历史遗产保护与经济发展、街区文化风貌保护与城市物理改造、文旅产业开发与居民生活之间的矛盾成为必须正视的问题.在城市更新实践中如何兼顾经济价值与文化价值、街区文化风貌保护与宜居生活是规避问题的可行性途径,而社区居民在城市更新中的全过程参与有助于推进城市更新的革新与完善.
