摘要
Abstract
The calculation model of continuous dissolving and charging in multiple reactors was established.It can measure the influence of different production conditions on the solid fraction concentration of slurry,and further monitored by running in the actual production process.The results showed that the key indexes of the main raw materials such as HTCA and RADP were mastered before entering the dissolving kettle.The model can predict the change of the solid component concentration of the target slurry,so that the solid component concentration of the slurry can be effectively stabilized by adjusting the corresponding parameters,and ensure stable tow density.关键词
