摘要
Abstract
Due to the changes of coal quality and load,the positive pressure dense phase pneumatic ash conveying system of coal-fired power plants is very prone to failures,resulting in a large amount of ash accumulation,clogging,and even overloading and collaps-ing accidents in the ash hopper of dust collector.In order to solve the problem,on the ba-sis of comprehensive analysis of the transport characteristics of different ash types of elec-tric bag filter,positive pressure dense phase pneumatic ash conveying process,the automatic program adjustment method of the ash conveying system as well as the plugging pipe fault treatment measures are elaborated,which provides a guarantee for the stable and reliable op-eration of the system.关键词
