摘要

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the effects of different interventions on the recovery of pelvic floor muscle strength af-ter vaginal delivery by network meta-analysis.Methods Pubmed,Embase,Web of Science,CNKI,WanFang Database and SinoMed were searched by computer.Literature on early postpartum recovery of vaginal delivery women was collected,and search deadline was set at database establishment until November 2021.Risk assessment was conducted on the included literature by Cochrance manual,and network meta-analysis was conducted by StataMP 14.2.Results A total of 20 studies were included,involving 3537 puerperae.The results of network meta-analysis showed that the clinical effects of improving pelvic floor muscle strength in vaginal delivery women were ranked as follows:biofeedback training + vaginal dumbbell train-ing,pelvic floor muscle training(PFMT)+ postpartum rehabilitation education,PFMT + electrical stimulation + biofeed-back training,PFMT + Bobath ball training,vaginal dumbbell training,PFMT + electrical stimulation,electrical stimula-tion,PFMT + life intervention,PFMT,PFMT + postpartum yoga exercise + perineal massage,and postpartum routine care.Conclusion Biofeedback training + vaginal dumbbell training has the best effect on improving postpartum pelvic floor mus-cle strength in vaginal delivery women.
