摘要

Abstract

In order to develop optical temperature sensing materials with high luminescence efficiency and excellent temperature sensitivity,a series of Cr3+ doped Y3Al5O12-x Al2O3(x=0,0.5,1.25,2,2.75,3.5)solid solutions were synthesized by high temperature solid phase method.The influence of doping concentration of Al2O3 in Y3Al5O12 on the structure and luminescent characterization were studied in detail by the X-ray diffraction patterns,scanning electron microscope,FT-IR spectra,steady-state excitation and emission spectra.Research revealed that the increase of Al2O3 doping content could increase the octahedral coordination in solid solutions and simultaneously weaken the crystal field strength,favoring the luminescence of Cr3+.Temperature sensing research was conducted using the temperature-dependent characteristics of the Cr3+ fluorescence lifetime and the thermal coupling energy level fluorescence intensity ratio in this material within the temperature range of 303 K to 773 K.The relative temperature sensitivities of the two methods reached a maximum value of 0.802%K-1 at 500 K and 0.977%K-1 at 303 K,respectively.In addition,a ratio-type temperature measurement method using the ratio of laser intensity to fluorescence intensity as the temperature measurement parameter is proposed for the first time in this study,achieving a maximum relative temperature sensitivity of 1.036%K-1 at 773 K.These research results indicate that the Cr3+ doped Y3Al5O12-x Al2O3 solid solutions have excellent optical temperature sensing characteristics,and the three different temperature measurement methods provide broad prospects for the application of this material in the field of luminescent temperature sensing.
