刺梨果渣在动物生产中的应用研究进展
Research Progress on the Application of Rosa roxburghii Tratt Residue in Animal Production
摘要
Abstract
Under the trend of banning anti-antibiotics in feed and green and healthy breeding of livestock and poultry,the research and development of new plant-derived feed ingredients and feed additives have attracted much attention.Rosa roxburghii Tratt residue for about 45%of the weight of the fruit,and still retains a large number of vitamins,flavonoids,polyphenols and other functional substances.At the same time,Rosa roxburghii Tratt residue is rich in natural antimicrobial substances,which can effectively inhibit the growth of the total number of colonies in the feed.The addition of a certain percentage of Rosa roxburghii Tratt residue in the feed can improve the growth performance of livestock and poultry,meat quality,antioxidant and immune ability,etc.,has a good potential for feed material replacement.This paper summarizes the current status of the application of Rosa roxburghii Tratt residue in animal production,to provide reference for the effective use in animal feeding.关键词
