Abstract

To analyze the clinical effect of treating bovine endometritis with Gongkang,and to better guide the treatment of bovine endometritis.A total of 100 confirmed yellow cattle with endometritis were selected as the subjects of this study.The study period for the treatment of the infected cattle was from June 2022 to June 2023.The infected cattle were divided into four groups with 25 cows in each group by random number table method.The control group was treated with dexamethasone and levofloxacin mixture of uterine perfusion,and the other three groups were included in the observation group and treated with Gongkang.Each dose of low dose group was 50mL,each dose of medium dose group was 100mL,each dose of high dose group was 150mL,and the therapeutic indexes of different diseased cattle were statistically analyzed.Results:The total effective rate of endometritis treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of high-dose and medium-dose groups was higher than that of low-dose groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).In terms of adverse reactions during treatment,the observation group was smaller than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gongkang has significant efficacy and high safety in the treatment of bovine endometritis,among which the total effective rate of moderate dose Gongkang is the highest,and it can be used as an important medication for the treatment of bovine endometritis.
