Abstract
The optimization of the crude purification process for foot-and-mouth disease(FMD)virus faces multiple critical challenges,including the high complexity and diversity of contaminants,the susceptibility of virus activity,and the delicate balance between purity and yield.When addressing the removal of contaminants,it is necessary to overcome the negative impact of impurities from different sources on the purification process while avoiding damage to the structure and function of the virus.The crude purification process may lead to a loss of virus activity,necessitating the adoption of effective strategies to ensure the stability of the virus during purification.Additionally,to achieve the optimal comprehensive effect of simultaneously increasing yield and maintaining sufficient purity,careful control of each step is required.The key to overcoming these challenges lies in the application of advanced purification technologies such as affinity chromatography and ultrafiltration.This involves the integration and optimization of the process to achieve efficient crude purification of the FMD virus.Furthermore,the rational design of experimental schemes and the use of statistical analysis methods are crucial for process optimization.关键词
