Abstract
In order to enhance the overall flood control capacity of Xinfeng County and ensure the stable development of the economy and society,this article evaluates the current status of the county's flood control engineering system through a combination of historical data review and on-site investigation.Based on historical flood disasters and new requirements for flood control in the new stage,the main problems in the current system were analyzed with emphasis.It further analyzed the planning points of flood control forms in Xinfeng County from two aspects,namely flood control engineering measures and non engineering measures,with three parts each,effectively providing comprehensive services and flood control safety guarantees for the sustainable development of Xinfeng County's social and economic development.关键词
