目的 对比分析四点和两点悬吊固定术后患者人工晶状体的倾斜和偏心情况及其与视力预后的关系.方法 选取2021年6月至2022年4月于保定市第一中心医院眼科因各种原因行人工晶状体悬吊固定术的患者80例80眼作为研究对象.将患者随机分为2组,试验组41例41眼,均行四点悬吊固定术;对照组39例39眼,均行传统的两点悬吊固定术.术后至少随访6个月,记录两组术眼术前及末次随访裸眼视力(UCVA)、最佳矫正视力(BCVA),应用全景超声生物显微镜(UBM)测…查看全部>>
