Abstract
With the continuous development of higher education,engineering education certification has become an important criterion for measuring the quality of university education.As one of the core courses in the field of food science,the experimental course of animal product technology increasingly highlights the importance of ideological and political education.This paper,taking engineering education certification as the background,explores the reform path and methods of ideological and political education in the experimental course of animal product technology,aiming to cultivate high-quality talents with social responsibility and innovative ability.关键词
