航天管路系统网套金属软管试验研究与数值计算
Experimental research and numerical calculation of metal braided hoses for aerospace pipeline systems

Abstract
Metal hoses are widely used in aerospace pipeline systems.In response to the current limited understanding of the static characteristics of metal hoses,experimental method and finite element simulations were used to study the metal hoses.Axial tension-compression stiffness tests and transverse bending stiffness tests were carried out on metal hoses without internal pressure and with 0.5 MPa internal pressure.The test results show that the axial tension-compression stiffness and lateral bending stiffness of the metal hose have nonlinear characteristics,and their mechanical properties are related to the internal pressure state.Based on the nonlinear axial force-displacement relationship of the metal braid in the hose,an equivalent model based on a nonlinear spring system was established in finite element simulation software.The numerical results show that the simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results when the distribution coefficient Ca is 0.95 in the model.The model can effectively reproduce the nonlinear characteristics of the static deformation of the metal hose and provide reference for further static dynamic analysis.关键词
