带切向接管内压圆筒的极限承载能力计算OACSTPCD
Limit-load-bearing capacity calculation of cylindrical shells with tangential nozzles under internal pressure
针对压力容器切向接管开孔结构存在较大结构不连续性、易产生较高局部应力、目前没有适用的圆柱壳切向接管结构常规设计方法的问题,采用极限载荷分析方法,探讨不同切向接管无量纲结构参数(直径比do/Di≤0.3、径厚比Di/T≤125、厚度比t/T≤1.75)对承压圆柱壳体极限承载能力的影响,并定义了基于无接管壳体的强度削弱系数.结果表明,这3个因素都对圆柱壳切向接管结构的强度具有显著影响,当do/Di和Di/T增大、t/T减小时,强度削弱系数增大,意味着切向接管对圆柱壳的强度削弱程度增大.在大量计算结果基础上,对强度削弱系数进行回归分析,得到了回归方程,为带切向接管内压圆筒结构的强度设计提供参考.
Serious structural discontinuity and high local stresses exist with the tangential nozzle opening structure of pressure vessels,and there are no conventional design method for the cylindrical shells with tangential nozzles.The limit-load analysis method was employed to investigate the influences of different dimensionless structural parameters,namely diameter ratio do/Di≤0.3,diameter-thickness ratio Di/T≤125 and thickness ratio t/T≤1.75,on the load-bearing capacity of the cylindrical shells,and a so-called strength weakening coefficient was defined based on the strength of the cylindrical shells.The results show that these three factors all have a significant impact on the strength of the cylindrical shell with tangential nozzles.Specifically,when do/Di and Di/T increase but t/T decreases,the strength weakening coefficient increases,which means that strength weakening effect of the tangential nozzle on the cylindrical shell increases.With sufficient simulation results,regression equations for the strength weakening coefficient were obtained,which provides reference for the strength design of the internal pressure cylinders with tangential nozzles.
