基于遗传算法的大型矩形压力容器刚强度优化设计

Abstract
In order to resolute the problems of poor pressure-bearing capacity,complex stress state and difficulties in the structural optimization design of rectangular pressure vessels,using the feature that the genetic algorithm can adjust search direction adaptively,the stiffness and strength optimization design of a rectangular-type water tunnel test section was carried out.Firstly,the engineering constraints were clarified and structure preliminary design was completed.Then,structure optimization design was carried out through manual iteration.Finally,after completing the parametric modeling and simulation,constructing surrogate model and establishing optimization design process,the structure optimization design of this water tunnel test using genetic algorithm was carried out.This method reduces weight by 34.98%compared with the preliminary design,and by 10.49%compared with the optimization design through manual iteration.关键词
