Research on the Creation of a Secure Consumption Environment from Standardization Perspective

消费是最终需求,既是生产的最终目的和动力,也是人民对美好生活需要的直接体现.营造安全放心的消费环境是一项系统工程,涉及企业主体作用的发挥、诚信体系建设、社会组织活力激发、消费者权益保护、职能部门合作等诸多方面.本文将标准化的理念和方法深度融入到政府、企业、社会团体和消费者的服务与管理当中,从产品质量标准体系、服务质量标准体系、企业诚信管理标准体系、消费者维权标准体系等多个维度探讨放心消费环境问题解决对策,以标准实施促进产品质量提升、行业服务水平提升、消费者满意度提升,从而营造"质量放心、环境放心、价格放心、服务放心、维权放心"的消费环境.

Consumption is the ultimate demand,which is not only the ultimate purpose and driving force of production,but also a direct reflection of people's needs for a better life.Creating a safe and secure consumption environment is a systematic project,involving the main role of enterprises,the construction of integrity system,the stimulation of the vitality of social organizations,the protection of consumer rights and interests,and the cooperation of functional departments.This paper deeply integrates the concepts and methods of standardization into the service and management of the government,enterprises,social organizations and consumers,and explores the solutions to the problem of the secure consumption environment from multiple dimensions such as product quality standards system,service quality standards system,enterprise integrity management standards system,and consumer rights protection standards system.It promotes the improvement of product quality,industry service level and consumer satisfaction via standards implementation,so as to create a consumer environment of assured quality,environment,price,service and rights protection.
