Framework Construction of Green and Low-carbon Standards System for Industrial Parks in Guangdong Province
摘要
Abstract
As an important engine for regional economic development,industrial parks are becoming a leading area,demonstration area,and main battlefield for implementing the"carbon peak and neutrality"strategy.As a pioneer in China's economic development,Guangdong province has numerous industrial parks,therefore the research on the construction of the green and low-carbon standards system for industrial parks in Guangdong province is of great significance.On the basis of studying the current status of green and low-carbon standardization in industrial parks at home and abroad,this article proposes a framework for the green and low-carbon standards system of industrial parks in Guangdong province,which includes four subsystems:general aspects,planning and construction,production and operation,and management evaluation.It is recommended to closely combine policy,market,and technological development needs under the guidance of the standards system framework,propose and promote the revision of key standards,and provide strong standards technical support for the green,low-carbon,and high-quality development of industrial parks in Guangdong province.关键词
