Abstract
With the wide application of scientific management concept and modern digital tools,no matter how the technical system and product application scenarios change,schedule management is always the research focus of project management.However,so far,the application of working hour management in technology-intensive enterprises is still not mature.From the perspective of theoretical analysis,this paper explores the realization conditions of the standardization of working hour based on metric elements,and compares and analyzes the actual management status of R corporation,and finds that the current standardization of working hour management still has many difficulties in the determination of working hour quota,and the application and maintenance of working hour.Nevertheless,the implementation of standardization management of working hour has many positive effects,such as improving the speed of product R&D,achieving capacity balance and lean labor management,and strengthening performance assessment.Therefore,exploring the standardization management of working hour is of great significance and prospect for the future development of technology-intensive enterprises,which requires enterprises to strive to create conditions for the standardization of working hour and actively explore it in combination with scientific management theories.关键词
