摘要
Abstract
The association standard T/CI 004-2022,Content index and determination method of tricin and total wheat flavonoid in high wheat flavonoid variety,was released and implemented in Feb 2022.This standard has first proposed tricin and the total wheat flavonoid content index in high wheat flavonoid variety,and standardized a simple and accurate determining method,which will be favorable to the development of new high wheat flavonoid varieties and nutritious and healthy development of nutrition-oriented agriculture.In order to help relevant personnel understand and use the standard correctly,this paper makes a meticulous interpretation of the standard.关键词
