Test Methods and Uncertain Case Analysis of AC Contactor Energy Efficiency Level

Abstract
GB 21518-2022,Minimum allowable values of energy efficiency and energy efficiency grades for AC contactors,was approved and released by the State Administration for Market Regulation on December 29,2022,and officially implemented on January 1,2024.After the new standard is officially implemented,all AC contactor products produced,imported,and sold in mainland China that meet the applicable conditions of the new standard must meet the energy efficiency value specified in the new standard.When certain conditions are met,manufacturers can measure the holding power according to standards and assess the energy efficiency level.This paper sorts out and analyzes the test method of the holding power of AC contactors in the new standard,and conducts uncertainty assessment according to the requirements in the new standard,which provides a reference for the majority of AC contactor manufacturers to measure the holding power on their own and guides AC contactors manufacturers to correctly understand the measurement of holding power in the new standard and how to analyze the uncertainty of holding power.关键词
