Abstract
The food safety problem caused by pesticide residues has been paid more and more attention by the public.The establishment of scientific and reasonable standardized pesticide residue detection technology is of great significance for ensuring food safety.This paper starts with the analysis of the current situation of pesticide residue,summarizes the research progress,introduces the common pesticide residue detection technologies,analyzes the characteristics,application scope,advantages and disadvantages of each technology,and puts forward the idea and innovation strategy of realizing standardized pesticide residue detection,aiming at providing references for food safety work in China.关键词
