近年来,我国经济呈快速增长之势,建筑产业发展状况良好,对于建设工程管理人才均有着很大的需求,需要高校致力于建设工程管理人才多种核心能力培养的探索和研究.基于此,本文就多学科交叉复合型建设工程管理人才标准化教学模式的实施展开分析与探讨,首先结合文献分析了多学科复合型建设工程管理人才应该具备的能力标准,接着对教学模式的实施进行了阐述,包括课程设置、实践设置、师资培养、第二课堂等方面,最后通过多学科交叉教学模式的实施,旨在为建筑企事业单位培养能够从事建筑工程项目全过程管理的高素质技术技能人才,培养符合市场需求的复合型建设工程管理人才.

In recent years,China's economy has been growing rapidly,and the construction industry is in good development condition.There is a great demand for construction project management talents,which requires universities to devote themselves to exploring and researching the cultivation of various core abilities of construction project management talents.Based on this,this paper analyzes and discusses the implementation of standardized teaching mode for multi-disciplinary compound construction project management talents.Based on the literature analysis,this paper analyzes the ability standards that multi-disciplinary compound construction project management talents should have,and expounds the implementation of the teaching mode,including curriculum setting,practice setting,teacher training,second class and so on.Through the implementation of the multi-disciplinary compound mode,it aims to train high-quality technical talents who can engage in the whole process management of construction engineering projects for construction enterprises and institutions,and cultivate compound construction project management talents who meet the market demand.
