摘要
Abstract
In recent years,China's economy has been growing rapidly,and the construction industry is in good development condition.There is a great demand for construction project management talents,which requires universities to devote themselves to exploring and researching the cultivation of various core abilities of construction project management talents.Based on this,this paper analyzes and discusses the implementation of standardized teaching mode for multi-disciplinary compound construction project management talents.Based on the literature analysis,this paper analyzes the ability standards that multi-disciplinary compound construction project management talents should have,and expounds the implementation of the teaching mode,including curriculum setting,practice setting,teacher training,second class and so on.Through the implementation of the multi-disciplinary compound mode,it aims to train high-quality technical talents who can engage in the whole process management of construction engineering projects for construction enterprises and institutions,and cultivate compound construction project management talents who meet the market demand.关键词
