Abstract
Hospital logistics management is an important system for improving service efficiency,ensuring normal operation,and supporting hospital construction and development.In this article,taking the standard for evaluation Grade III and Class A Maternal and Child Health Hospital as a rule,Haidian District Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital highlights problems,starts from the implementation method,breaks outdated concepts,improves management systems,enhances personnel quality,persists in continuous improvement,reform and innovation,adheres to refined management,meets the diverse needs of people,builds a complete and high-quality hospital logistics management system,and lays a solid logistics support foundation for the high-quality development of hospital.关键词
