Effect of Standardized Medical Device Management on Infection Prevention and Control
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect and function of standardized medical device management in preventing and controlling infection.Methods:Standardized medical device management was carried out in Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical University from July 2022 to July 2023,and 150 inpatients during this period were randomly selected as the observation group;From July 2021 to June 2022,conventional medical device management was applied,and 150 inpatients during this period were selected as the control group.Under different device management methods,the incidence of infection in the two groups was statistically compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the incidence of infection of all systems in the observation group was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The quality score of medical device disinfection in the observation group was higher,and the statistical difference was significant(P<0.05);The satisfaction of medical staff in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized medical device management can improve the qualified rate of medical device disinfection,ensure the quality,reduce the risk of infection,and ensure the safety of medical work,so it is worth expanding the scope of application.关键词
