标准化PDCA循环管理在助理全科医生培训中的应用效果
Application Effect of Standardized PDCA Cycle Management in the Training of Assistant General Practitioners

Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of applying standardized PDCA cycle management to improve the teaching quality in the training of assistant general practitioners.Methods:The data were collected from 48 assisted general practitioners who met the inclusion criteria in Bengbu First People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023,and were divided into the reference group and the study group with 24 cases in each group according to double-blind method.The two groups received routine management and standardized PDCA cycle management respectively.The management effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:There was no difference in assessment scores and management quality between the two groups before management,P>0.05;After management,compared with the reference group,assessment scores and management quality scores were higher in the study group,and the satisfaction rate of the study group(95.83%)was higher than that of the reference group(75.00%),P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of standardized PDCA cycle management in the training of assistant general practitioners can improve the management quality and assessment results of the training of assistant general practitioners,which is recognized and worthy of praise.关键词
