ADDIE标准化教学模式下临床实习护士培训效果研究
Study on the Training Effect of Clinical Practice Nurses in ADDIE Standardized Teaching Mode

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of applying ADDIE standardized teaching mode to the training of clinical practice nurses.Methods:A total of 60 clinical nurses were selected in 2022,and divided into two groups with random number table method.The control group(30 participants)received routine teaching,and the observation group(30 participants)received ADDIE standardized teaching.After 4 weeks of training,the learning effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The scores of professional quality ability,nursing work quality assessment and post competency were higher in observation group(P<0.05).The work timeliness,safety identification ability,responsibility risk awareness,problem handling and information prompt processing ability of the observation group were all higher(P<0.05).The clinical teaching satisfaction score of the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of ADDIE standardized teaching mode to the ability training teaching of clinical practice nurses has a good effect.关键词
