Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of supplemented Shaoyao decoction combined with enema in the standardized treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods:A total of 60 patients with ulcerative colitis admitted from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as research objects and divided into two groups according to parity method.The conventional group(n=30)received general treatment,and the observation group(n=30)received oral supplemented Shaoyao decoction combined with enema standardized treatment.The study data were observed and analyzed to compare the adverse reactions,clinical efficacy and level of TCM syndrome integral inflammatory indexes before and after treatment between the two groups.Results:Compared with the conventional group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher,and the TCM syndrome score,ESR and hs-CRP indexes of the observation group were lower after treatment,which was significant(P<0.05).There was no abnormality of related indexes and obvious discomfort in the two groups during treatment,and the difference in drug safety was slight(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of ulcerative colitis,the standardized treatment of supplemented Shaoyao decoction combined with enema has a more significant effect,which not only has high safety,but also can promote the improvement of symptoms of patients as soon as possible,effectively regulate the inflammatory response of patients,and further strengthen the disease effect of patients.关键词
