Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of terbutaline and budesonide combined with ipratropium bromide in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:In this study,70 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)admitted to Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from March 2021 to January 2023 were randomly selected and divided into the control group and the observation group,according to the method of random number table.The control group received budesonide nebulization and terbutaline inhalation treatment,and the observation group received terbutaline and budesonide combined with ipratropium bromide nebulization treatment,and the results were compared.Results:27 cases(77.14%)in the control group were comprehensively effective,33 cases(94.29%)in the observation group were comprehensively effective,(P<0.05);8 cases(22.86%)in the control group were ineffective,and 2 cases(5.71%)in the observation group were ineffective;the comprehensive treatment effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05);the results of the observation group in terms of lung function,CAT score and blood gas index of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of terbutaline and budesonide with ipratropium bromide nebulization therapy can effectively deal with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,with high clinical comprehensive treatment efficiency and significantly improved lung function,CAT score and blood gas indexes of patients,which can be promoted.关键词
