Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of azithromycin combined with glucocorticoid standardized treatment in children with mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods:A total of 70 children with mycoplasma pneumonia diagnosed in Shanghai First People's Hospital Bengbu Hospital(The Second Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University)from August 2021 to August 2023 were observed and randomly divided into two groups with 35 cases in each group.The control group received azithromycin treatment,and the observation group received azithromycin combined with glucocorticoid standardized treatment,and the therapeutic effect was compared.Results:After treatment,the recovery time of symptoms was shorter and the inflammatory index was lower in the observation group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of azithromycin combined with glucocorticoid standardized treatment for children with mycoplasma pneumonia is helpful to shorten the treatment time and improve the inflammatory index of children with outstanding effect,which is worthy of promotion.关键词
