摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of combining ultra-short-acting insulin standardized treatment on pregnant women with gestational diabetes on the basis of long-acting insulin routine treatment. Methods:A total of 72 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted from January 2021 to August 2022 were randomly selected. The observation group(n=36)received standardized combined treatment with long-acting insulin(basic)and ultra-short-acting insulin(pre-meal shock). The control group(n=36)was treated with long-acting insulin for gestational diabetes. The difference of efficacy indexes between the two groups was evaluated. Results:After treatment, fasting blood glucose(FPG),2hPG(2hPG),blood glucose before going to bed and fasting insulin levels were all decreased compared with before treatment, and FPG and 2HPG were significantly decreased in the observation group. The number of cases of excessive amniotic fluid, preterm labor,pregnancy-induced hypertension and abnormal blood glucose in newborns in the observation group was less than that in the control group, and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in the observation group(22.22%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(44.44%),the reduction was nearly doubled. The above results were all P<0.05,with statistical significance. Conclusion:The standardized treatment of long-acting insulin combined with ultra-short-acting insulin can reduce the blood glucose level of patients and make them in the normal blood glucose range, and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in pregnant women with gestational diabetes is also greatly reduced.关键词
