Abstract
Dysmenorrhea is one of the most common gynecological symptoms with a high incidence,but its pathogenesis is complex.Animal models play an important role in the pathogenesis and clinical prevention and treatment of dysmenorrhea.The most common modeling method is estradiol+oxytocin induction.This paper not only evaluated the models from the aspects of behavior,tissue and biochemistry,but also reviewed the application progress and evaluation analysis of dysmenorrhea models in the past 15 years,in order to provide ideas for the preparation and evaluation analysis of animal models关键词
