Introduction of animal model of dysmenorrhea
目的 痛经为妇科最常见的妇科症状之一,发病率较高,但发病机制复杂.动物模型在痛经的发病机制研究及临床防治等方面起着重要作用,最常见的造模方法为雌二醇+催产素诱导.本文不仅从行为、组织、生化等层面对痛经模型进行评估,而且回顾了近15年痛经模型的应用进展和评价分析,以期为动物模型的制备及评价分析提供思路.
Dysmenorrhea is one of the most common gynecological symptoms with a high incidence,but its pathogenesis is complex.Animal models play an important role in the pathogenesis and clinical prevention and treatment of dysmenorrhea.The most common modeling method is estradiol+oxytocin induction.This paper not only evaluated the models from the aspects of behavior,tissue and biochemistry,but also reviewed the application progress and evaluation analysis of dysmenorrhea models in the past 15 years,in order to provide ideas for the preparation and evaluation analysis of animal models
