Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of the implementation of psychological nursing intervention for gynecological tumor patients.Methods:64 patients with gynecologic malignant tumors admitted to Hefei Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital who met the criteria for natriuresis were included in the study,and divided into two groups with random number table method,of which 32 patients in the control group adopted the conventional nursing mode;32 patients in the observation group adopted the standardized psychological nursing interventions.The effect of the intervention mode of the two groups was assessed,and the assessment indexes were:anxiety and depression,sleep quality,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction.Results:Compared with the pre-intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups of patients showed a downward trend,and the trend of change was more obvious in the patients of the observation group;compared with the pre-intervention,the PSQI scores of the patients of the different groups showed a significant trend of decrease after treatment,and SF-36 showed a trend of increase,and the trend of change was more obvious in the patients of the observation group;the satisfaction degree of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of the standardized procedure of psychological nursing intervention mode for gynecological oncology patients can improve the patients'adverse psychological state,improve the patients'sleep quality and quality of life,with which the patients are more satisfied.关键词
